Let me promote Wordpress. HA-HA! Wordpress is simply AMAZING! Its so much easier blogging there and they've got LOADS of interesting features that would enhance your blogging experience!
I am NOT abandoning this xanga site for good. Its more of my 'side' blog now. I will still use here. IF i can that is. But my main posts would be on wordpress.
I'm usually the type of person that would resist change. I took time to read through the features and every lil thing that wordpress has got to offer. And it was definitely worth my time! Ok, i'm the sort of person that would have to go through "manuals" first before using anything so that i can get the BEST out of it. So yeah, trust me, its GOOD!
Ok, selfish of me, but, i want to suggest that WE ALL MOVE TO WORDPRESS!! WEE! And create a blogring-like thing there! HAHA! SO FUN! COME FOLLOW ME! Thou shall Clicketh www.wordpress.com
Honestly, xanga is much more user friendly compared to wordpress. But just give it a GO!
I skipped math class as i was really tired and whacked out from CAMP MOTI 08 the day before. *will blog about that if xanga doesn't keep acting up!!><*
When i reached coll, i went straight to room 2.6. My friends were already there filling out forms.
Went through the general procedures. Body weight, prick finger etc etc...Then i went to drink some milo as i didn't have time to eat my breakfast that day.
After that, i sat myself down next to Jason. The nurse handled him first. Then she came over to me. It was pretty cool actually. I was done in about 5 mins. Pretty fast i must say!
Jason took 3 times longer than i did. And in the end, he wasn't able to fill the 300ml bag. According to the nurse, his veins were TOO small. HAHA!

After taking blood, i went over to drink one more cup of milo. As i was drinking, i placed my hand on my left temple as i felt a lil dizzy. The nurse immediately escorted me to the chair and inclined it so that sufficient amount of blood would be able to flow to my brain. She also gave me a cup of glucose. Felt better after that. =) If you can, DONATE BLOOD PEOPLE! WEE!
Had two hours of chemistry lab today. One of the experiments required us to use litmus paper to test the salt for its acidity/alkalinity etc etc. So yeah, i finished my experiment and Jason came over and asked why didn't his Red litmus paper turn Blue.
I was clueless at that time. He probably made an error somewhere. Then after awhile....
.....He came running towards me. Laughing hysterically saying: " You know why it didn't turn blue?! I didn't even add the salt." =_=.
He added everything else. Sodium hydroxide, water, Aluminium....everything BUT the salt to be tested.
Then, about 15-20 mins later. Sylvia made the EXACT same mistake! And Jason stood silently at the corner WAITING for her to make the same mistake.
My friends are so comical. How can you forget the MAIN thing to be tested? hahahahahaha.
Semester Results- Bio 1-A Bio 2-A Math C1-A Math C2-A Chem 1-B [1 mark away from A T_T] Chem 2-B [5 marks away. T_T_T_T_T]
Sometimes, a word of encouragement would help. Instead of something like "Try again next time" or "Well, at least you did your best", i get " Why are you so stupid?"... Those words penetrated deep into my heart. Tears began to well up in my eyes. I clenched my fist tightly, in hopes that they wouldn't trickle down my cheek. But gravity was against me.
I promised myself never to be swayed by the words of others. But, i cannot ignore the comments made by this person. Someone i respect in my life and I let this person down.
I seriously tried my best. Although 'my best' was not good enough for you. Please don't find excuses for my results. If you think that i would jeopardize my studies for whatever reason, then i'm sorry, you don't know me well enough.
I'm sorry. I'm only human. I'm not an A producing machine. I can never be whoever you want me to be. So just accept me and my failures. We all learn from our mistakes. I promise i will do better the next time.
Hopefully my next best would be good enough for you. =]
Ok, so it all started last Friday. We were hanging out at the library. Then we started to plan her birthday. Mwahahaha! We had a Plan A. But then realized that we couldn't pull that one off. So, Plan B it was!
Our last paper was last Tuesday. And i knew that no matter what, she would want to go MV. So i just casually and spontaneously asked her out. She agreed of course. It definitely wasn't obvious cause it didn't sound planned and all.
The other plan was to get my other friends to reject going to MV if she asked them. So everything was going well. We sat for our Math C2. BUT! After the paper, Sylvia seemed upset cause she realized she didn't do very well for Math and also the fact that everyone else didn't want to go MV. So, she decided NOT to go! Die-lah like that!
So i had to get two other guys to follow us, Kern Wen and Pax. So in the end we went. Now the hard part was getting her to Secret Recipe as she wanted to go Sushi King. So i sms-ed Kern Wen who was with me at that time to say that HE wants to go Watsons to get stuff. BUT he ended up saying that I want to get stuff!! ARGH!! It sounded SO weird! So i had to say i wanted a mask lah, facial wash lah etc etc. =_=. So while we were at Watsons looking at things, Kern Wen and Pax were waiting outside. I wanted to sms Kern Wen to get him to say that he wanted to go MPH cause the other MPH entrance is just next to Secret Recipe. [But i didn't get to sms him]
So after i got the sms from Daniel saying that the cake and all was ready, i proceeded to buy the mask that i 'wanted'. Ha-Ha. Oh, Daniel and Jason were already at Secret Recipe preparing the cake.
So while i was paying, Sylvia walked out and called Kern Wen to ask him where he was. And he said that he was in MPH!! WAH, didn't even need me to say! So Smart!! HAHAHA! So i said, OK lets go! So we walked around, flipping through random books. WEE!
Then, as we walked out of MPH, Kern Wen just strolled into Secret Recipe and Pax was walking behind him. LUCKY for Kern Wen and his ever random personality, Sylvia thought he wanted to joke around and casually walked in as well. HAHA!
Then, she was SURPRISED! Jason and Daniel were sitting there with six pieces of cake and one candle. =]. We said that there wasn't anyone else coming.
Then, Leon, Steven, Kartoon and Harsh walked in with a huge teddy bear! =]. SUCCESS! She was so surprised that she cried! WEE!!
So, we ate cake, went to play pool and then went to watch HSM3. It was the second time for me. I didn't want to go but Leon said that he would pay for me. So WEE! Its a nice movie anyways! PHEW! Bus driver again. Then HOME SWEET HOME!
